Any product returned is in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
Once your returns notification has been received, we will send you the returns address by email.
We cannot be held responsible for loss of parcels, so please send products back tracked and keep proof of postage.
Once we have received and checked your products, we will issue a refund (excluding original and returns shipping costs) and send you a confirmation email.
